Where are you located & do you travel?
We’re located in Stephenville, TX. Travel within 50 miles of 76401 is included in our package pricing, but it would be a waste of our wheels not to be up for a road trip! If you’d like the Catalina Drink Mixer to join you where your event is located, reach out to us and we can discuss the details!
What kind of events do you service?
We do all types of private events! Weddings, corporate events, birthday, bachelorette/bachelor, holiday parties, you name it!
How does this all work?
By hiring The Catalina Drink Mixer, it is our goal to make your bartending service seamless and budge friendly! During your free consultation, we will come up with a customized plan and drink menu, bringing your vision to life!
Once your date is secured, we will calculate the amount of alcohol needed based on your guest count and hours of your event. This helps you by not overbuying or under purchasing, and you have the freedom to control the cost by buying the specific alcohol brands you prefer!
You can either pre-order and buy the alcohol in advance and we can pick it up for you, or you can bring the alcohol to your event location and we’ll take care of the rest! At the end of the event, we will clean up our space and leave any remaining alcohol with your designated recipient.
What is your rescheduling / cancelation policy?
Stuff happens, we get it! We allow reschedules and cancelations at no additional charge within 90 days of your event. Unfortunately, due to high demand, we are only able to refund 50% of your deposit within 90 days of your event. Cancelations within 30 days of your event will not receive a refund.
We will be happy to work with you to find another date that fits your schedule based on our availability!
What is your pricing?
Prices are calculated per guest, varying depending on the cocktails desired to be served and the duration of your event. Our base price for all packages is $400, and per guest pricing ranges from $3 to $10 per person. Our base price includes 2 bartenders, 2 hours of service, 2 hours set-up/clean-up, mixers and garnishes, hydration station, cups, straws and napkins, ice, bartending tools, personalized bar menu, and General Liquor Liability Insurance, and more.
For gratuity- No need to worry about tipping separate, as a 18% gratuity is added onto each package price.

Do I have to pay a booking deposit?
Once we confirm that we are available on your date, a 25% deposit is due, along with a signed contract to secure The Catalina Drink Mixer for your event date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event date, with payment plans available. If your event date is within 30 days, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
Are you insured?
We sure are! We have General Liability Insurance and Liquor Liability Insurance. All of our bartenders have the appropriate certifications to serve alcohol in Texas.
Can I make your mobile bar a cash bar?
While we don't provide a consumption bar-style service due to Texas liquor laws, we can implement a system where guests purchase drink tickets and pay for their own drinks.
What happens if it rains during my event?
Unfortunately, due to high demand, we cannot allow cancellations due to rain. We understand Texas weather can be upredictible. In the event of rain, we will be happy to work with you or your vendor to find an appropriate size tent or cover for our trailer, or we can include a tent option for an additional cost.
